Calendar Export

Export your crumbs as calendar events with one click. Each crumb becomes a time-blocked event in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

How it works

After AI decomposes your task, click Block my calendar in the refine phase. Syncflow generates an .ics file that schedules every crumb as a calendar event with the correct duration, ordered by dependency.

Smart scheduling

Events are scheduled within your active hours (default 9 AM – 6 PM). If a crumb doesn't fit in the remaining time of the current day, it rolls to the next morning. Configure your active hours and timezone in Settings.

Works everywhere

The .ics format is supported by Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and every major calendar app. On iPhone, tapping the downloaded file opens Calendar.app directly — no integration or login needed.

Re-export safely

Each calendar event has a unique ID based on the crumb. If you re-export after editing crumbs, importing the new file updates existing events instead of creating duplicates.

Tip: Use calendar export right after the refine phase to block time before you start. You can also export from the "done" screen to keep a record of your completed work in your calendar.
