Focus Flow

One crumb at a time. No overwhelm, just the next step. Focus Flow is the core execution experience in Syncflow.

The crumb card

Each crumb appears as a focused card showing:

Title and description -- what to do right now
Time estimate -- how long it should take
Crumb number -- your position in the plan (e.g., 3 of 12)
Expandable details -- click to reveal research notes, tips, and prerequisites from the AI

Complete or skip

On mobile:

Swipe right to mark the crumb as done
Swipe left to skip it for now

On desktop:

Press Space to mark as done
Press S to skip
Press Enter to expand/collapse details

Track your progress

The progress bar at the top updates in real time as you work through crumbs. It shows:

Crumbs completed -- filled portion of the bar
Crumbs skipped -- tracked separately so you can return to them
Crumbs remaining -- how many are left

Your actual completion time is tracked automatically in the background. You do not need to start or stop any timer.

Skipped crumb reminder

If you skip any crumbs during the flow, a reminder banner appears after you finish the remaining ones. You can:

Go back and complete the skipped crumbs
Leave them skipped -- the task still counts as finished

Skipping is perfectly fine. Some crumbs turn out to be unnecessary once you are in the flow. Skipped crumbs are filtered out when you save the task as a template.

Celebration

When all crumbs are done (or skipped), the celebration screen appears with confetti and a summary of your work:

Total crumbs completed
Crumbs skipped
Total time taken
A Save as template button to reuse this task structure later

Tip: Focus Flow works best when you commit to one crumb before looking at the next. The whole point is to reduce decision fatigue. Trust the plan you built in the refinement step.
