Instead of a task list, Syncflow sends you a single email with your next crumb— the one thing to focus on. The email includes the crumb title, description, time estimate, and a progress bar for the parent task.
Done and Skip from your inbox
Each email has Done and Skipbuttons. Tapping either one updates the crumb instantly and redirects you to the flow page for the next step. Works from any email client on any device — iPhone, Android, or desktop.
Streak tracking
The email shows your current streak count. Complete at least one crumb a day to keep it going. The streak is a subtle motivator — no guilt, just momentum.
Easy to turn off
Every email has a one-click Unsubscribelink in the footer. Clicking it immediately disables the daily email — no login required. You can also toggle it in Settings → Notifications.
How it picks the crumb
Syncflow selects the next pending crumb from your most recently updated task. If that crumb has prerequisites, it still shows it — you can skip it and come back later.
